TCC @ Great World
In designing tcc: The Connoisseur Concerto at Great World, Aarticle envisioned a vibrant family-friendly cafe that would prompt interaction and engagement among customers and passersby. Inspired by the idea of moving through a sunlit hayfield, the sensory-rich space invites customers to touch and feel the varied materials and textures around them.
Given the cafe’s compact and boxy layout, the design team adopted a strategy of using reflective materials, such as mirrors, to enhance spatial perception and create an uplifting atmosphere. The interplay of light and reflection not only expands the visual boundaries of the cafe but also energises the space, making it feel open and inviting.

The colour palette was carefully curated to radiate warmth and luxury. A harmonious blend of wood and terracotta hues is complemented by gold trimmings on furniture, establishing a sophisticated yet approachable ambiance.

A standout feature of tcc: The Connoisseur Concerto at Great World is its unique ceiling design, guided by a grid system that allows for varied lighting effects.
This dynamic ceiling adds depth to the space as well as provides strong visual interest.
Elegant Seating Designed for Every Gathering
Seating options are thoughtfully varied, incorporating wood panels and tanned leather to provide comfort and style. Each seating arrangement – from two-seater configurations to booth seats – is designed to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger family groups, ensuring that all guests feel welcome.
