Energizing Social Spaces
From the get-go, guests are greeted by a profusion of bright colours; bold, playful furniture; and whimsical lighting fixtures, all of which supercharge the public spaces with jolts of energy.
Communal areas like lounges, kitchens and laundry areas are orchestrated to encourage social interaction. Seating arrangements invite relaxation and promote connections through shared experiences like movie nights.
Designing for Collaboration and Focus in Workspaces
Meticulous attention was paid to strike a balance between community and privacy. Within the workspaces, Aarticle designed collaborative zones for brainstorming as well as private nooks and meeting rooms for focused work. Filled with natural light and ergonomic seating, these areas are designed to enhance productivity.
Enhancing Guest Experience with Local Art
In the guest rooms, modern amenities and ergonomic workspaces ensure that both leisure and business travellers find comfort and functionality.
Art plays a significant role in the ambiance of lyf Farrer Park. Decorative elements feature local art and cultural motifs that resonate with the rich history of the Farrer Park area.
Whimsical artworks make reference to the area’s origins as a racetrack in the 19th century. These artistic touches not only boost the aesthetic appeal but also create a narrative that connects guests to Singapore's heritage, adding to the property’s sense of place.
